Cuttin And Stampin Challenge

Hello! We’ve had the worst winter weather since 1978, and well, frankly, I’m tired of it.. But I do love this Winter Wonderland paper and the snowflake stamps Cuttin and Stampin are featuring this week!
In my package of goodies I received this cute banner embellishment, and I put it on the top of the card. I cut other  banner pieces and popped them out, with a button from this collection. The sentiment from the stamp set, “you are one of a kind” is just perfect to remind one of the middle school girls I work with that it’s ok to be different! I love the cool blues, and the pop of tan!

This sled paper is adorable!! I matted it on a beige, then on the white card base. I added the white ribbon, and popped the Season’s Greetings, layering it in the same manner on front of the card. Now the holidays may be over, so 1. I’m ahead for next year, or 2. If we get more snow, all the kids will have the sleds out again and I can remind someone that it’s good to have some fun with the family out at the park!

I love, love, love this snowflake paper! I layered it on my card base, then I had this little deer in my package, and I think it looks like it’s stopped in the snowy woods to see what that noise was! Here in my area, deer season is a big thing, and we see deer a lot.. especially on the roads…Sad smile I added the sentiment so I can use this card for one of my sons when they get that deer or for my nephew’s birthday who is in the middle of winter! Or again, the middle school girls.. but none the less it’s versatile and doesn’t scream one gender!
