Here is the sketch I chose to use for my creation provided by Ellen at www.cardmonkeyspaperjungle.com

When I signed up for this hop, I thought it would be a snap to follow the sketches… however- I had a hard time, difficult time in finding the elements that I thought fit the sketch. Here’s how it went…. I’ll do the layout! Okay, couldn’t find a photo that I wanted to make into a  5 x7 or larger to fill up the space. You know how that goes, someone isn’t smiling, have their eyes closed, frowning.. and so forth. Hummmm, perhaps, the card will be easier. After laying out at least 3 different combinations of papers, colors, embellishments, etc. and changing my mind 3 times, or more, I decided on this. The papers are Amuse Studio, and the bling is from Amuse, the stamp is from a clear set, but I’m not sure who it is. The heart is from the Silhouette store. Flowers are from a collection from Hobby Lobby.

I love how it turned out, and I think it’ll make a great birthday card for my beloved granddaughter later this month! Thanks for stopping by my blog today.
